The 10 Step Anti-Ageing Checklist

Looking to live a long, healthy lifestyle, and have fun doing it? 

Below you’ll find a collection of simple habits for lasting youthfulness, both on the inside and out. 

Experiment with a few to start with, and work towards all 10 for maximum results:

  • Eat 5-10 portions of colourful fruits and vegetables per day. Berries and leafy greens are a great place to start.

  • Consume a fist-sized portion of lean protein with every meal. Beans, nuts, seeds, lentils, fish and organic meat are all great options.

  • Make some form of daily exercise a priority. Walking, running, lifting weights, yoga - find something you truly love.

  • Drink plenty of water. 2-3 litres a day is generally recommended, along with plenty of water-rich fruits and veg. 

  • Limit processed sugar. Opt for whole foods like fruit & natural sweeteners like stevia instead.

  • Go easy on the alcohol. If you drink, practise moderation and opt for non-alcoholic options whenever possible.

  • If you smoke, take steps to quit. Find support groups near you to increase your chances of success.

  • Look after your skin. Be mindful of direct sun exposure, exfoliate your skin twice a week and moisturise on a daily basis.
